Shipping Policy
Free shipping. Every order. No minimums, no exceptions.
We ship every vSeeBox order from our U.S. fulfillment center via FedEx or USPS, with tracking included.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM PST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, ship the next business day.
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 2–5 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take a few extra days.
The carrier (FedEx or USPS) is selected based on your delivery address to get your vSeeBox to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping cost
$0. Shipping is always free on every order, to every U.S. address.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam).
International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking your order
As soon as your label is created, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check order status anytime by replying to your order confirmation email.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us immediately at support@vseebox.app. We can usually correct it if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's in the carrier's hands, address changes go through FedEx/USPS directly.
