Same-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM PST on a business day. Anything later goes out the next business day. Always free, always via FedEx or USPS with tracking — most U.S. addresses see it in 2–5 business days.
What do I need to set up the V6 Plus?
A TV with an HDMI port and a Wi-Fi connection. That's it. Plug in the included HDMI and power cables, connect to Wi-Fi, sign in to the apps you already use, and you're watching. Setup takes about five minutes.
Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?
No. Zero. The box is a one-time purchase — no monthly fee, no activation charge, no "premium tier" hiding behind a paywall. Anything you watch through the box uses accounts you already have or free apps.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Email support@vseebox.app within 30 days of delivery with photos of the box and all original packaging and accessories. Once approved, we'll send a return shipping label and you'll have 2 days to drop the box off at FedEx or USPS. A 5% restocking fee and the return shipping cost are deducted from your refund. Refunds typically land back on your card within 3–5 business days of verification.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Hardware defects for one full year from your purchase date. If the box stops working through no fault of its own, we'll repair or replace it free — including return shipping. Just email support with your order number.
